    Hi Folks,

I have two Apple devices that need repair. One is my MacBook as the touchpad has decided to act a tad strange. The second is my iPhone 4 which is in need of replacement (Various problems)

Does anyone know if CompuB operate a Genius Bar system? I had an iPhone replaced in minutes in Victoria Square before once they realised it couldn't be fixed. I know the MacBook could take week or so to repair, but I don't want to send my iPhone off as I need it on a daily basis.

Anyone have any experience or would it be best to work with Apple themselves?

    Thanks!

    ironclaw.

I recently used them for a Macbook repair. They don't have technicians available at the weekend so just be aware of that. You can still drop something in but it won't be looked at til Monday.

My experience was very good. Needed my display replaced, dropped it Sunday, they phone me Monday morning to say they'd ordered the part and that it could be 3-4 working days but on Tuesday lunchtime called again to say it was ready to collect so I was very pleasantly surprised. I was still under warranty so no cost to me.
