put it in wrong 3 times, it will become locked, press *#06# when it is locked, the IMEI number will come up, ring your service provider, from another phone and tell them that you put in the wrong pin while drunk or something, and they will ask for the IMEI number, and then will give you the PUK code, once you put that in your phone will prompt you to put in a new 4 digit PIN code and then re enter it.

I wouldn't be able to remember mine without going through the motions of typing it in-let your hand hover over the keypad and it might come back to you by remembering where your fingers go..
