Roses, Quality Street & Heros - 2 for €10

I was in my local Costcutter store in Ballybofey and seen that they are selling the tins of Roses, Quality Street & Heros at €10 for any 2. The tins are something like 925gms/975gs. I have no idea if this is a national promotion or just confined to the local store.
