:confused: there is a statue of 3 viking like boats near the limerick tunnel, i use the tunnel about 3 times a week and was wondering when they had arrived as i had not seen them before

There were putting them up on Tuesday when I was on my way to Shannon. Had a lane closed off to do it. Could this not have been done BEFORE they opened the road?
