Storage heater not working?

    Hi All,
Bit of a strange one. I have two storage heaters, one in my hall and one in my living room. The one in the hall is working no problem (heats up over the night). The one in the living room isint however. The light on the switch on the wall comes on when the night right kicks in, yet the heater doesnt heat up at all during the night (unlike the one in the hall). Im living in an apartment, so have no access to the meter. Am I right in thinking that all fuses should be ok, if the light on the wall is working. The convector part of the heater also works, so there is power going to the heater. I have both input/output dials all the way upto 6 also. Anyone any ideas?

    Many thanks.
