    just a quick question for everyone never thought about this before ,a friend of mine is a member of a gun club he has a gun but no dog ,i would be happy to go and work my dog for him on his own club ground and not shoot myself ........ where do i stand is this allowed will my nargc insurance be valid if something were to go wrong, never had this come up before and i dont want to land anyone in trouble by way of ignorance any information appreciated and thank you all in advance .....ps sorry if this has been asked before

    You would have to ask the chairman of the club lands you would be working i think.
    There club would only cover there members no?

    AFAIK, your NARGC insurance covers you for all lands you have permission to be on. If your mate invites you to shoot on his club grounds as a guest you should be covered. I have brought lads shooting with me on my club grounds as guests, but they had their own insurance.

    A phone call on Monday should clear it all up.

    The NARGC compensation fund will cover you right up until the point where you have an accident and then you can argue the toss with them!;)

    If you have N.A.R.G.C. insurence you are covered , but check it out you'self to give yourself peace of mind.
