Are you quacking up over it?..

My advice, don't get your feather's in a ruffle over it.

This sounds like quite the malard-y

    What weight are you squatting?

Just stop squating, its not rocket science. Loads of people get huge arses from squating, thats why I don't do it.

How has squatting given you a dodgy 1950's hair do?

    It is called Anatidaeitis.
Carbing up frequently can help to alleviate it over time.
Lots of pieces of bread in water is ideal.
If you have any pain from it, full body low impact exercise like swimming can help alleviate it.

Is this to do with having sort of an overly arched lower back as opposed to just big arse muscles?
I think I've got that, anyway. My squats pwn most of my other lifts so I could see how I'd get some imbalance or something.

Presume it's something ab work could alleviate, maybe?

I'm sort of in the same boat as you OP. I've only been squatting 2 months, and already I find that some of my underwear don't fit anymore.

Only difference is that in my case I'm delighted with my new big muscular ass:)

    Can you give some stats/pics.
I would love to know what it takes to get my skinny arse to a respectable duck like level!

How much is too much? And can you give an example of duck ass?

More fool you I'm afraid. Find me someone with a decent physique who doesn't squat and I'll consider it. Squatting doesn't only make your ass big, it makes everything big.

OP, get bigger trousers and squat more.

Would the simplest solution not just be to stretch your hips?

    1. google lordosis
    2. dont hang around with people that check out your arse

This is 99% likely to be the solution, tight hip flexors, tight lower back and relatively loose hamstrings will give a ducks arse look

I'd second that, google or youtube hip flexor stretching.
