    Hi all,

Ideally looking for 40 - 42" but might settle for 37".

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Denisc

I've checked with Richer Sounds Belfast and they can source the LG42LD450 for you.

This TV is an Irish MPEG4 compatiable TV.

They can let you have it for £419.95+£29.95 courier delivery

Just for comparison reasons have as look at the Philips 42PFL5405H

This TV is a very well speced 100Hz LCD and we have on display in The Philips Shop.

This TV can be yours for €629.99 in our sale and has a 2 year warranty. It can be collected from the shop or for €29.99 couriered nation wide

    Guys,

apologies but I have to break up the party :o

We are not shipping the 42LD450 at the moment - stock is tight therefore at the moment it's an in-store only product.

Thanks again and give me a shout if there is any query,

    thanks Nicola

I notice there are some LED Backlit versions of the five series, in particular the 40"

    are these available at present?

and can you advise on what advantages they have over the regular LCD

    thanks

    Risky,

apologies for the delay getting back to you - unfortunately we are a little short-staffed at the moment hence the delay.

The complete range from 3 to 9 series is pretty much always on display so always pop in and we will do our best to look after you.

On the back lit LED - the '56' series is a back-lit LED and the main advantages of LED over conventional LCD is significantly lower power consumption, another environmental benefit is that Philips LED lighting technology does not contain hazardous materials. Of course LED also generally offers higher brightness & contrast levels over conventional LED.

Stock on the 40PFL5605 is tight at the moment but we would squeeze one out for you no problem ;)

Thanks and again apologies for the delay getting back to you,
