"VRT included in price" does that mean its up to the buyer to pay VRT on it?

It's an import, i'd be running a full HPI on it.

No that means price stated includes the seller paying vrt. This model focus has a DPF and is Band A tax so VRT is minimum bracket. Could have been an ex-rental or could have been damaged previously...or could just be really good value !!!! Are we due a new Focus soon?

it seems to be the same crowd discussed here before. I have no personal experience with them nor do I know anybody who does but I would be very reluctant to buy from them.

I have to say it looks rough enough for such a new car in the pics.

Hmmm, photos aren't powerful but am I missing something? It looks pretty much like a new car to me.

THe interior's manky and the body doesn't look crisp, even in the poor pics. Add in the fact that that colour's very unforgiving of defects, and i'd wager that car doesn't look well up close.

Fair enough Anan1, you are obviously more eagle eyed than me. I can see what appears to be a wee bit of fluff near clutch pedal and think there are pillars casting shadows on the seats and door panel which may appear to incorrectly give the impression there are water stains on them. Think theres a shadow cast on passenger door also which may actually appear to look like a bad dent.

Thats always going to be an issue with a black metallic car though? Hardly an inherent flaw in this particular car per se?

Plenty of threads on that company on here with mixed reviews. Personally I'm sick of them spaming carzone with lots of poor photos of cars that are not in the country. They source their cars from the UK on demand and require a hefty deposit before landing it here afaik.

    Boody hell!

You guys are eagle eyed auto gods! Whilst I would've never handed money over without seeing and driving a car, I never knew this sorta crap happened.

There's something to be said for the premium you pay at a local trust worthy garage.

That car is screaming ex. rental at me. That age and mileage, it's prime for just having come off the Hertz UK Fleet (or any of the other big companies).

New Focus is due 2011, Estate model has already gone out of production so it won't be long before they close orders for the Hatch and Saloon.

That's just what a focus looks like.

the following is taken from the FAQ of the company website selling the car which would add some credence to your theory.

Yes we are an Irish company, although we work closely with large lease and car scheme companies in the UK.
