Touareg 2.5 TDi , needed a new turbo 2 years ago, wastegate sticking. Same problem again.
Just wondering what could cause this to keep happening.
    Thanks.

What makes you think its sticking? Are you getting a code for it? Some things to start off come to mind:

Stuck\faulty\sluggish TCV (in some VW's called the N72 valve, not sure about the Tourag).
    Damaged or blocked Vacuum pipes.
    Torn wastegate diaphragm.
Initial pressure for wastegate actuator set too high.
Mechanically stuck wastegate or wastegate actuator.

You could be able to open the wastegate by hand by pulling the shaft on the actuator towards the turbo. If its doesnt move then you probably have a mechanical issue. Test this when the engine is cold :)
