Cant stop thinking about girl

    Hello all,just have something I need to get off my mind and hopefully ye can help me with? Basically,for the last 4/5 months I had been meeting a girl,on a casual basis really,nothing too serious.Last week,she went to canada for a year to travel/work.(she had this planned before we met).We got on really well,we really clicked and I was (still am) totally mad about her.
    Now that she's gone,I just cant seem to get her out of my head.I think about her first thing in the morning,all day at work and last thing at night.Its like I'm obsessed with her! Its really getting me down and is distracting me from my work.
    Should i be this hung up on her? It was only a few months like,but I just cant stop thinking about her,like who's she with,is she ok,whats she doing etc.Checking her facebook page every day etc etc
    We still text the odd time just to keep in touch as we are still friends.

    How do I take my mind off her?
