ACCA F7 Exam - Advice

Hi, just wondering if anyone here has done the F7 exam recently. I am planning to do it in December. I am not going to lectures as I am not working at the moment but have gone through the text books etc and am now starting on the exam questions.

It is the last one of the F exams I have to do but it does seem to be a lot trickier than the others I have completed.

Has anyone got any advice on how to approach the last month of study and what to focus on?

The pass rate in June was only 28%. My understanding is that the summer and winter exams are prepared at the same time so I would expect a similarly tough exam. The examiner was very unimpressed with candidates in June.

I passed it last December first attempt.. and was quite shock that I did!! It's a tough exam. Just make sure you cover everything and do loads of exam questions and the revision kit questions.

I do the same as you - just get the books and study myself.
Open tutition also have questions, mock exams and tips which can be downloaded for free.. sometimes useful!
