Recently i bought an M249 here and to be honest its pretty much a ball of sh!t, But I've already put money into getting it "repaired" & re-sprayed etc.

Has anyone here built a custom saw?, could ye give me any advice. Miss-fires alot and I thought it was jamming but it was something to do with the hop-up rubber - so replaced that still with no luck.

So basically I want to build this up from the shell, or does anyone know of anyone who'd be willing to re-build this for me?

    Cheers

What kind/brand of bb's are you using mate, also have you check the mags on those, mate of mine had one with similiar issue you describe, end up being the mag itself....might be another thing to look at...?

What make is your M249? If its the A&K M249 they do need a bit of work to get them running decently.

A guy did an amazing review of it and he also included fixes for the main problems with it. Have a read through this, the fixes are towards the end.

Its an a&k body with a classic army gear box

After you put the new hop up rubber in, does it mis-fire or mis-feed?
