    Is the free-to-download sample lease at topfloor.ie (link below) a reasonably standard lease or should I be employing the services of a solicitor?

    What kind of property are you considering leasing? There is no mention of incorporating the management company's rules for the development in that sample lease. They should always be included.

    Thanks for that. It's an apartment so management co. rules would definitely need to be included.
