Setting > Phone > Show My Caller ID > Off.

    Works for me anyway.

    dial #31# before the number.

    In case you're confused...

To permanently turn it off i.e. never send your number..

Setting > Phone > Show My Caller ID > Off

On an one-off basis to not send regardless of the above setting..

    dial #31# before the number

i.e. you would dial #31#0871234567 to call 087xxx and not send the caller id regardless of the phone setting

If you do want to send on a one-off basis, you prefix the number with *31#

The codes apply to all GSM phones, you can do the same on a landline by prefixing the number with '141' to not send and '142' to send your number regardless of whether your provider normally sends your id or not.
