Hi, not good on the motoring side of things so i will try and explain best i can.

We have a toyota yaris 99 and recently the passenger side front wheel, goes wonky coming out of a left hand bend (when starting to straighten up rear end). its like it loses grip for a split second, what could it be, tyres have 0.5cm thread on them.

Does not happen with driver side front wheel. If we go slow round bend it does not happen, but we are not speeding round bend either. Doesnt happen every time either.

I hope i have explained well enough.

There is no sound coming from wheel.

    many thanks

Could be a bent rim, or a wheel bearing, or a dead bushing...

    Get it to a garage.
