Hope this is OK to post here Mods?

It's freely available to download from here as a PDF document: http://www.ivca.info/

Looks very informative from a quick glance.

No it's not! Now we have the Great Man's views on all these matters, what is there left to discuss in the cycling forum?

Actually, less discussion means less moderator activity, so on second thoughts, yes it's fine:D

For someone who used to nod in answer to questions on a radio interview he's sure come on a lot. Looks like a good read, now where did I put that memory stick to bring to work.

Some serious bs and spelling mistakes in the Grant Thornton Introduction.

The best tip is on the front page....cycle in a group that is way slower than you. Drop them on every ride and feel like a cycling legend for the rest of the day.

I converted that Sean Kelly guide on the Net to an mp3, thought I might listen to it on on the train , Try this link

It's a computer voice, and not to everybodys taste.

Edit: Not the greatest idea I ever had. So far all I've learned is real basic stuff. Anybody remember "Ladybird books", easier to skip ahead with printed stuff rather than mp3

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦
