Grant and April PhD registration for 4th year

Hi (Put this in Mature students but this is probably where it should be) I am going into the 4th year of my PhD next April. I have been getting an €8k studentship for the first 3 years but this has now been cut. I am eligible for the grant but wonder what the story is with applying for April reg people, is April 2011…

Hi

A related question is whether I can apply for a grant for April 2010 (my 3rd year) as my total income for this year is 8K?
