A friend of mine is looking for Laser Hair Removal service in Dublin but can't find one that will do for his skin type, which is a Barack Obama shade of dark. Just wondering if anyone knows somewhere that might. Other option available at the moment is to go to London. Thanks. And sorry if this is the wrong forum.
