Hi all :) I read the PayPal sticky and FAQ but didnt see the answer I was looking for :) I saw on a few youtube videos that a person could create a palpal account and not give bank account details. Which I guess would mean any money that would go into it would just sit there until bank account details are given so funds…

I saw on a few youtube videos that a person could create a palpal account and not give bank account details. Which I guess would mean any money that would go into it would just sit there until bank account details are given so funds can be withdrawn... is that the way it can work?
