Getting a Double Barrel Name?

Hi I am just wondering if anyone knows how someone would go about getting a double barrel name? I was hoping to change my Daugthers second name to also have her fathers second name but I am not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?

You need to have a deed poll executed on your daughter's behalf

So would an execution of Deed Poll be needed if you want to double-barrel your maiden name with your married one?

Nope. Not at all.

I am male and I double barrelled on marriage. Marriage certificate was the only thing needed to obtain new passport and driving licence.
