upgrades for a m4 cqb

and i was wondering what upgrades i could do to it, maybe something like a barrel or hopup, and also if i upgrade a certain bit will it raise the fps ect

What are your goals for upgrading the AEG? This will greatly determine where to look, what parts, and what to bother with etc.

Everyone here recommends:
- Tightbore Barrel (Madbull, Prometheus, TK Twist, Vanaras etc)
- Hop up Rubber (Guarder Clear, Madbull Blue, G&G Green)

If you're looking for higher ROF:
- High Speed Motor (G&P M120, Tokyo Marui High Speed, Guarder High Speed)
- 9.6v NiMh Battery, 7.2v LiPo, 11.4 LiPo (Intellect/Firefox for NiMh, anyone with a high C rating (22+ if I recall correctly)

If you're looking for trigger response:
- MOSFET with active breaking

It really depends on what you're looking to get out of your AEG

thanks , if i were to put in a tightbore barrel and hop up rubber would it make my gun go over the joule

Possibly. It depends on what FPS your AEG is currently firing. It may need a replacement spring to go with the barrel & hop, but it really depends on what it's firing at. If you have a chronograph you can measure the FPS as you go with the upgrades, see what effect each part has, and can then accurately downgrade where necessary to keep it legal

No need to apologise. I've asked all of these questions (and more) in the past, so I'm happy to return the favour.

The spring is the only thing you'd have to downgrade. That's what determines the energy output of the AEG.
