Trying to identify Irish rap song

I was just listening to Raidió na Life enjoying a very nice hip hop tune and only copped on to the Irish accents towards the end. It finished with a quote that sounded like an old recording, de valera style, of a man saying something like
"what is said is less important than what is taken for granted...often the things that are presumed turn out to cause more problems than what is expressed"
Does anyone know the song? I was delighted to hear it's Irish, felt like I live in a vibrant creative progressive country...

Sounds like maybe Third Eye Surfers? Maybe the dialogue was from JFK? I have to listen to the album again I'm not sure if that's right.

I've listened to hundreds of IHH tunes but that has me stumped. Sinisista of P77 used DJ on that station and she'd a bajillion songs that people sent in.
