    Hi

Just wondering has anyone managed to keep their recording after cancelling

    their sky sub?

My sky sub is gone tomorrow and I have whipped the card out and was gona leave it out for a few months in the hope it misses the signal.

Has anyone here managed to do this before on a sky + hd box or is it just an urban myth?

It's 100% not possible to record (or playback) on a Sky box with no active sub.

Very occasionally, a cancelled subs card retains the ability to record. Your chances are slim however.
