Wireless Media Centre

    I wanna play videos from my external harddrive on the telly, I could get a wireless media centre but I'd probably be better of getting a playstation or an xbox. Would a playstation be better for this kinda thing? I can't afford to be buying games so I'll probably only get 1 or 2 good ones but if I can use it to play videos on the TV then I don't mind buying it.
