How can David Drumm file for bankruptcy when he is earning over €85,000? That money is all owed to the Irish tax payers who bailed out his bank, the shirt on his fvcking back is owed to us...yet he is swanning about on Cape Cod in a mansion advising customers of Anglo (on how to avoid paying their debts perhaps). The man needs to be extradited and his assets need to be stripped. The Irish people are about to face €6m in cuts and tax hikes to pay in part for this shysters mistakes, while he is making money from them?

How do people think Drumm should be dealt with? Does the CAB have any jurisdiction to seize assets held abroad? and do people see his case and other issues like ministerial disappointment money and entitlements as real stumbling blocks for getting the population to accept cuts?

Fly a planeload of socialists and anarchists (the type who hijack protests) to US, arm them with eggs, sit back :P

if they get arrested or cavity searched on way in all the better.

While I agree that something should be done and I'd probably be more extreme than anything you would envisage (Madame Guillotine) the issue is a distraction.
Whatever he is at is a distraction that will not cure our problems.

A criminal conviction needs to be made before CAB can get involved, similarly extradition can only be reqested in criminal rather than civil proceedings, so we need the Gardai and the DPP to get off their asses and get the case to court.

Martin "The Viper" Foley has a very efficient debt collection business.

If Drumm owed me money, and if Martin was willing to buy the debt....................
