My son has been wanting to get a racing bike for his birthday. He is under 5ft tall and I am only gonna pay €150 of it so would anyone recommend a racing bike that is under €350. He has been saying he will get a second hand one.

Lumen beat me to it. I had that page open and was about to paste the link. Its a bit more expensive though.

    +1 on the Islabikes.
My daughter has a Luath 26 and its a great little bike.18 months of reasonably hard use and good as new.
I researched it pretty extensively (some might say obsessively:))and I reckon the Islabikes are streets ahead in terms of value and design.Good resale value also.
Excellent customer service in my experience.
