Im not even sure if I named it right but:

How hard would it be for a noob to use php to read a mysql database and give statistical info. I.E.

We use a live support programe and I want to see can we get the statics on how many people use it, how many times, how long the support took. Things like that?

Now I'm a neeb but I learn quick.

once you know the table fairly easily to write to simple queries.

Are you sure your application does not already provide these reports?
