The taoiseach's brother has been appointed sales,commercial and operations manager at Mullingar greyhound stadium.This new job is extra to his duties as a county councillor for Clara,and an auctioneering business he owns.We wish him all the best.

Starts in his new post in the Morning. Mr Cowen has a long history in racing owning some top dogs. Hopefully it will be a positive move for all.

I posted this news up over a week ago on greyhoundscene and there seems to be a positive feel to the move.
