I'm wondering if anyone knows of a personal trainer in Galway? I've been lifting for a while now and while I feel that my form is right I would like to have someone check it out and tell me if i'm lacking in certain areas. It would mainly be to check out my form for squats, bench and deadlifting.

If theres anyone around Galway that could have a look at it i'd be very grateful.

    Thanks

There is a poster here called D-gal who is a personal trainer, and I think he's based in Galway. You could try pm-ing him.

    Hi OP,
Adrian Craddock would be worth a call to also. He does a lot of video analysis for people. He knows his stuff also.

Agreed, very good coach and very good at olympic lifts.
Located in Galway City Gym which can be a bit busy for PT considering only 1 squat rack, power cage and oly platform. Considering the amount of lifters in there it's not brilliant for teaching technique, great place to view technique tho! :) Recommend it to all my clients. I think he also works out of a private gym in loughgeorge if that is a suitable area for the OP, not a million percent sure on that tho

You're spot on. Adrian does also work out of the GAA facility in Loughgeorge. It's an impressive setup out there. That is where I met him for the sessions I had with him.

I forgot to reply to this topic after having a session with Dave in Results Ireland. Have to say it was a great session, looked over the big three lifts with me and gave advice to fix some major and minor problems I was having with them. The big problem being my benching, Dave noticed a problem in my left shoulder straight away that would have caused me massive problems in the long run.

I can't recommend him enough, if you pm him you should be able to get more information and tell him what your specific needs are keezer
