Very happy to let you know we finally got BJJ in the gym

    Classes are twice weekly on sat 1 - 2.30pm and mon 9 - 10.30pm

Coach is Arek Sternalski... apparently if you have to ask who he is you dont know your bjj

Classes are only €5 each, I dont know if you will get a better pay as you go price in Ireland

starts this sat the 6th nov

    thanks paddy

Yeah I know its late for some but it wont be late for the 20 lads that fight out of my gym, they finish thai at 8.45 and then do the BJJ straight after.

All my lads have to do it once a week if they want to fight out of the gym so hopefully it will get a good crowd

Due to circumstances outside Areks and my control, he wont be teaching BJJ in the Chupasart gym...

... needless to say this is a big set back for us, and there is absolutely no problems or bad feelings towards Arek on my part

It's late for me! Current training on Mon finishes about 9.30, by the time I get home, shower, get stuff ready etc for the next day, it's late for me and am up early then...Anyway, moot point now I suppose...

The worst that could happen is that this has provoked another comment on an insignificant thing that no one cares about!! I'll admit I'm grumpy today, but who cares - it's late for me! And I've already training anyway that night til 9.30pm!!
