Laptop for Some Video Editing

My brother is looking for a laptop for some reasonable standard video editing. I know he should avoid integrated graphics cards, but what would he need to spend to get a good quality laptop? here's a few from argos that i was looking at. Looking to spend up to €700. Would you recommends any of these? Thanks

To the best of my knowledge no argos lappy has a processor higher than i3 so i would not recommend, try online or even pcworld
