Right when ever i squat i get cramps in both shoulder, kinda like **** cramps you get in your legs.
Does anyone else get this,is the main problem flexibility?
I have tried placing my hands a little wider/closer but it didn't help.s

Or maybe front squats could be an idea.

Give dumbbell squats a go too.

Shouldnt he sort out the problem instead of changing exercises to avoid it??

Have a look at Kelly Starrets mobilitywod he always throws in a few shoulder stretches

While he works on his flexibility using the shoulder dislocations which mrpink6789 recommended in the first reply, he can work round the inflexibility by doing exercises which enable him to squat without pain.
