The banning of the rolleyes smiley face

It should be banned, the most annoying smiley face on boards, compared to mr pacman :pac: who everybody loves, or mr original smiley face who is plain and simple and nice, all the other smiley faces are nice and useful, mr rolleyes is just a bastard.
