Ryanair Luggage question

    Hey guys heading to Italy in two weeks and it's my first time on a plane. I was just wondering what you can carry with you on a plane like makeup, money, stuff like that. I don't really understand what you can and can't bring on the cabin with you.

    I also will be checking a bag into the storage part of the plane and wonder what I can bring in that bag.

    really confused about the luggage requirements and would love help please.

    What you can bring on board: http://www.dublinairport.com/at-airport/eu-regulations/ in terms of liquids, make up etc.

    Money etc is fine to bring.

    In your checked-in bag - well pretty much anything, clothes, books, toys, liquids bigger than 100 ml etc..whatever you would normally bring. Just make sure the bag is under Ryanair's 15kg/20kg weight limit (which ever you selected when booking) or they will charge you (a lot) extra :)

    What I've always found being the best way to pack when flying with awful ryanair is to have your carry-on-bag pretty much as full as possible, then in addition to that have a little handbag (I know i know, only one piece of hand luggage allowed :D:rolleyes: ) Into that tiny little bag, about the size of your going out purse i've put money, passport, mobile etc. Basically things you need during the flight so you dont have to get them from your carry-on-bag which is stored above your seat by then. You have bought checked in bag as well so as long as you keep liquids in that you'll be grand.

    They are really anal about the weight limits, so you truly dont want to risk having to pay the fine! Coming home you might have more things so be prepared to weat layers of clothes with deep pockets :D

    Can i just jump in here and ask if you can take food with your hand luggage? I want to take chocolate with me over to England and wondering whether I am allowed to?

    And with ryanair inflight menu prices you might want to bring your own lunch anyway :pac:
