Hi people, im in my job round 10yrs. Over the last few months they have started handing out contracts, 1 by 1. I never signed 1 when i started, as far as i know they all the same. Why not give them out alltogether??? Are they up to something???

I don't think anyone here can answer that. Perhaps they just want to make sure that each contract is accurate, rather than doing it in bulk and issuing contracts with errors or mistakes in them.

AFAIK - NERA (due to economic downturn) have moved from inspecting construction type business to inspecting retail type business.

All employers are obliged to have contracts of employment for employees. This might explain.
