    Hi Folks,
Just posting here..not sure if this is the right forum.
I got a new pair of loafers in Arnotts in the first week of December. Both of them are now gone. A layer came out of the right one about a week ago and the left one now has a hole in it.

I'm just wondering if I should bring these back or is there any point. Im pretty annoyed about this, cost +€100 for them, havent even got 2 months out of them.

I'm a bit confused about when you bought them if you only got two months out of them. If you bought them less than two months ago, I'd try bringing them back. If you bought them last December and have been wearing them less than two months, I wouldn't because they're unlikely to believe they've had such little wear even if it's true. Just my guess.:)

    They're a year old?

Presumably you mean you bought them from one of the shoe concessions within Arnotts.

If you bought them using a credit card you can bring the statement in as proof of purchase and try your luck.

    Ok,
Dont know how I managed to make that mistake!

I got them the first week of SEPTEMBER

That is one of the stupidest things i have ever done!

I'd say definitely go for it so, for over 100 euro you expect quality that lasts a lot longer than that. If you'd bought them in 10euro shoes in Pennys maybe not, but for over 100, they def should last longer imo. Bring them back.

defo bring them back - they're not fit for the intended purpose if the soles are falling off

Loafers are generaly lightweight shoes worn around the Med in the cool of the evenings. If you've been wearing them in the rain or 'day in, day out' you could well have worn them out. They are not a hardwearing shoe.

What brand are they? Are they leather soles? If it's just the sole/heel then that is replacable.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Bring them back and see what they say before making any further moves.

For a hundred yoyos, I would definitely kick up a stink unless you were using them for rock climbing or something. If you go back with them, keep insisting they give you a refund, they'll back down, trust me!
