My employer has one of these for carrying it's customers.
What should it be taxed as?

I understand there are three positions to suit taxing a coach.

    1. LPSV (Large public service vehicle)
    2. Youth/Community Bus
    3. Schoolbus.

Anyway, as out previous coach was taxed as Youth/community bus, now they told us, the new one has to be taxed as Private.

    Is that right?

How can a coach used only for commercial reasons, which belongs to the company be registered as private?

    Any ideas?

They mentioned, that to register it as LPSV we'd need a licence for passenger road transport, but obviously we don't have one and we don't need one, as we're not providing "passenger transport" as a service. We provide completely different kind of service, and because some company's departaments are located in different places, we need a coach to transport out customers between these locations.
