Live at 8.00 from Bloomfield Road on SS1

Can the Seasiders record their first home victory in the Premier league? With the Baggies looking at fourth place if they take a win, the pressure will have to be on Holloway to get a result.

Blackpool have been very pleasing on the eye to watch, and West Brom have been quietly going about their business.

Last year, when both teams faced each other it was a victory for West Brom home and away with 3-2 being the scoreline from both. Should be a good match to watch.

I think Blackpool will do it, unless West Brom can break their TV hoodoo and win a televised match!

Should be a cracking match, two very attacking teams, should be lots of space and a few goals.

    over 2.5 for me.

I put money on a 3-2 WBA win. I wish I has SS1 so I could watch it. The joys of being a broke student!

Blackpool won't be happy with one. Yellow card for Mulumbu. Just read this ref has given out 13 yellows in his last three games!

Would love to know what Holloway was saying to the 4th official!

Ref is making a complete hash of this game. Officiating in teh premier has been extremely poor of late.

    The ref is 25!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,973 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

This is mad!!! WBA down to 9 men!

If your man had his foot on the ground it could have been a very nasty result.

    Absolutely ridiculous refereeing.

I thought that was harsh too, he won the fcukin ball.

How many men getting sent off does it take to get a game abandoned?

Deserved red, but the referee is still a cnut for doing it.

If a team is down to 7, it's abandoned I think.

2nd red card was probably the correct decision.

Not just that, they're saying it was two footed, one foot didn't go near the player and the other foot got the ball and nothing else, was there any contact at all?

I'm going to say I think that's to good decisions by the Ref.

    2nd Red is no brainer
1st one is a bigger call but just because Pablo isn't impeding from behind doesn't mean he's not stopping a clear oppurtunity.

Deserved red card, if the Blackpool player had his feet planted and was caught there he'd have been destroyed.

2nd red was well deserved. Two footed lunge.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,757 ✭✭✭The Rooster

The 2nd red was well and truly deserved.

Blame the idiot defender, not the ref, for that one.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,973 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

A red for the 2nd I think was fair enough but the first was a crazy decision.

Jesus, I thought as an Arsenal fan I was meant to be the one who looked for red cards for innocuous challenges.

    FYP.

    They're both idiots.

    It's six.

I remember watching Rangers play against 7 man Hearts in the 90's

These West Brom lads would want to cop on! Another dodgy tackle there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 585 ✭✭✭Rob113

2nd one was spot on. Crazy challenge to make. He was standing on the corner spot ffs.

Contact = Broken ankle. Would that have been a better outcome?

With tackles like that its about recklessness, and there was a shit load of recklessness there
