Almost everyone has achieved at least one green target! No cathing interested, cunavalos and TFBubendorfer now as discipline leaders surely!

I would think there is a good bit to play for here yet particularly with Izoard now focusing on the Ultra next year, you will reel me and Dusty in soon although Redb might stay ahead of you in the running as he has a big update coming0 -

Spot on CW...not sure the odd commute/turbo will be enough to stave off mcos before the end of Dec.
However, now that he's discovered the magic of tequila, you never know...:)
I see RedB has posted a monster run update...probabbly the motivation I need to get the runners back on!

Mr Creosote is hotting up for his HIM in a few weeks so making good progress. I'm sure I'm not the only numbers geek who has taken the calculator out to see if the gold run target is a possibility this year without junk miles lobbed in frantically for the cause

I think I'll try and make the swimming milestone rather than any other goal. Must get myself a Turbo too :rolleyes:
EDIT : Feck it, I've got 8 weeks and I'm going to also try to go green on the bike as well as the swimming and go gold on the running.

Well well, this is starting to heat up now. RedB after targets, CW seemingly throwing in the towel on the running but realistically doing a short run for 'every' update on that table!
Just how many people can cycle more than TFB has run this year will be interesting. However, add his cycle mileage to his run mileage and that gives a differenct perspective on that!!
Nomadic holding Bmbaata off the top 3 is one thing, but gunning for a cycling podium is just fightin talk 0 -

I did, that's how I survived my 2 sprint triathlons this year. By "can't swim" I meant more like "ploughs through the water with the grace and efficiency of a drowning [insert favourite non-floating animal/object here]".
Running I can do from home. Cycling I can do from home. For swim lessons I have to drive 40 minutes to the pool. Guess why my swim stats have not moved an inch since June ...0 -
