in real steel, a scar-l fires the 5.56 round, the scar-h fires the heavier 7.62 round...the only difference in the airsoft versions in the mag and barrel type

the real scar l takes 5.56 rounds, where as the scar h takes 7.62. the only difference in the airsoft ones is the size of the mag, m4 mags fit the scar l, the h has a bigger one
