Controling the burst fire

Comments

It says its an adjustable burst, so apparently by turning that little, potentiometer (it would seem) you can go from 1-5 rounds, what intrests me is that it's inline. I'm wondering how it activates, presumably it only works when the AEG is set to "auto".
Meh, give me an extremefire MOSFET any day over that. The only other way to control the burst without a MOSFET or otherwise, is to have good timing with your trigger finger really. Unless there's something I haven't seen yet...

Hey, just wondering how this would acaully work for the AEG? Would it be a sinlge shot and a 5 shot burst insetad of full auto?

Also, is there any other method like this that can control the fire without having to open the gearbox, or be very technically inclined?

    Any help is appreciated,
    Jack

When engaging a target give it a short pull on the trigger and in time your bursts will be 2 -4 bb's. This saves rounds, aggravationg and pain and sounds professional. Best way of doing it is practice, practice, practice.

Nothing worse than hearing long whines of a motor sending a stream of bb's downrange when short bursts will do the job equally well. Also, doesnt drain the battery as quickly. Less mag changes as well.

Takes a while to perfect it, but great satisfaction when you do it.

I do try and work the trigger to get short bursts, but when if I get bogged down in a position, I have the bad habit of trying to suppress fire, which wastes alot of ammo for very little return. I'd prefer to have an actual limit to my trigger happiness

Even in these oh sh1t situations, try to keep calm and continue short bursts.
Other players will still keep their heads down whether it is 3 rounds or 20, and having to change a mag at that time is not good.

It sounds crass but stay focused and keep thinking and try not to panic.

By not panicking I mean you should try to asses your situation coldly and maintian steady but accurate fire which keeps heads down and makes other players panic cos they know just how close your rounds are falling.
Make the other guy panic and make the bad decision:D:D

Have to agree. I very rarely use full auto any more. Makes you more easy to spot when people see a stream of bb's coming from a bush. ;)
