Hey there, do anyone of you know how could i fast and easy change directors of the company? the thing is one of the directors left the country and we can wait for him to return.. We need to open bank accounts, register for various things.. and everywhere we need him.. IS there any way to fix this error? cause it is bit…

Hey there,

IS there any way to fix this error? cause it is bit ridiculous.. Well he has business abroad,but still did stupid thing to leave so fast. And we are bit devastated. Is there forms or something that would let to get out of this situation? get new director instead of him etc?
