Savings Account - Best Interest Rate

Hello, would appreciate any advice on this matter. I have some money set aside which I'd like to save and get a good interest rate on but also get access to from time-to-time. Is RABO the best rate on the market for a savings account with 5 working day access to funds? Many Thanks.

Anglo Premium Demand account. Offers 3.1%, and you call them to transfer funds to your nominated Bank account.

Despite all the Sh1t that Anglo are in, their service on these accounts is very good, and their Online Banking tells you exactly what interest you've earned to date as well as what it will be after DIRT.
