UPC Charges

    Hey everyone,

    I was just looking over my bank details and was shocked to see my UPC was almost twice what I was expecting it to be.
    First of all I do not have my account number available right now so I cannot log into UPC and check my account.
    We signed for a 12 month 10mb broadband and tv for 55 (or 57) euros per month. It was a student offer with the last 3 months of broadband free. I paid by direct debit and my account always had funds except one time.
    The initial charge for nov was 134 euros- i assumes this was higher for the installation fee and maybe a few extra days.
    The next 3 months was 57.
    The next month was 139
    following 3 months 106
    then some irregular charges of 25-95 (i missed one payment and had to pay by my credit card this was AFTER the 106's).

    Does anyone know what these charges can be? I am 90% sure broadband was no download limit so we shouldnt be charged for going over this. I am very confused about this. Thanks all for reading

    edit: i also notice 3x unpaid fee charges for 12/13 euros each which i believe are from UPC
