Looking to replace 17" run flat continental tyres on 318d. Looking for hard wearing tyres with good performance that won't break the bank. Any suggestions?????

As far as I know hard wearing tires with good performance don't exist. I'd go with continentals again...

    Uniroyal
    Falken
    Vredestein

Check them on tyre review sites.

There ion such thing as a hard wearing performance tyre you either get best grip or best wearing not both do you want to stay with run flats or go for more comfortable normal Tyres , vredestein and falken wear away very fast but do offer good grip maybe Michelin primacy or bridgestone turanza they are middle of the road on both fronts and decent Tyres if you want best grip Michelin pilot sport 2 or 3 or Goodyear eagle F-1 asymmetric ( I have these myself and they are excellent especially in wet ) but they wear faster

Would you like them to on to an extremely high performance car that does 80mpg?

Oh I'm sorry, I thought this was fantasy land! :D

    Uniroyal are good value.
