Hi, basically I had a one night stand recently with a girl, we were both quite drunk and didn't use a condom, she assured me she was on the pill, and also I didn't ejaculate. Should I be worried? I cant stop thinking how foolish I was :(

    Thanks.

Sex with contraception has a degree of risk, albeit remote - no contraception a higher degree and you can throw in a risk of more STD's to boot.

Pre-cum contains sperm and so even without ejaculating you can get a girl pregnant. Not a lot you can do now other than get yourself checked for STD's and cross your fingers she was telling the truth about being on the pill though, I'm afraid but I would think the odds are very much in your favour.

    All the best. :)

Ok. I've been in this position before so I have researched it.

Precum itself does NOT contain sperm. So if you didn't ejaculate then you should be fine.

However - what is possible (though unlikely) is that if you had ejaculated shortly before this and there was still cum in your tube that didn't get flushed out properly afterwards(through urination) then this may get pushed out by the precum.

So yes - in that instance if there was precum then it could potentially lead to pregnancy.
But precum in itself will not get someone pregnant.

Have a google for yourself is my advice.

The studies of secretions produced by the cowpers gland found pre-ejaculate contained little to no motile sperm depending on the test subject; however, in contrast is the numerous studies on the withdrawal method which even when used by knowledgeable people who know the risks and how to avoid them has a failure rate of around 4% - a whopping 20+% failure rate for typical use - which would suggest the sensible option is it's best to assume that any unprotected sex can end in pregnancy, regardless of the odds.
