Sky Plus Digital Link to other rooms

Hi can anyone help with this please. I have a Sky Plus box and wanted to be able to change the stations from other rooms in the house. I bought a Triax Digital Link today. I connected it up to the TV in the bedroom as instructed, however it is not working. The LED light is not coming on either. The TV in the bedroom is feeding off the main television through a booster box. Has anyone got any idea how to get this to work?

    Thanks

A magic eye will not work through a conventional booster box as you described it, it will only work through bi-directional digital ampifiers, which allow 12 volts to travel along the cable. An example of this would be a Global Model no F140 Amplifier.

You may also have to bypass any wall sockets, open them up and if there is a green circuit board on the back then you will need to bypass it

replace booster digital link amp (available in 4 or 8 output ) then you can fit a magic eye to cable in remote room - can fit to any room also
