Im currently taking glucosamine and chronditon, im on the the three a day tabs but im findin it hard to get the three in in a day, would it do any harm to take all three in the one go in the mornin?

Sorry newby.204 But I have closed this thead.

Even though the tabs you are taking are not a prescription medication, IMO you should take the dosage recommended on the bottle/box.
