    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can tell me cos i cant find anything with google.

The mother in law has just had her front garden trashed by a heard of loose cows....again! This is the second or third time but this is the worse!! lawn is fecked and tree's have been destroyed. She was so angry she rang the gards but they said they they would need know the farmers name. She has since got it, but thinks the whole thing will be just pushed to the side!

So...is a farmer liable when his heard has been let loose / escapes?

    Thanks
